1/Greet visitors, handle phone calls and answer customer enquires
2/Coordinate meetings, serve staff or guests in a professional manner
3/Arrange courier service, incoming and outgoing documents
4/Maintain reception desk, guest seating area, conference rooms and pantry neat and tidy
5/Provide administrative support for the department and operations
1/Form 5 or above
2/Minimum 5 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration
3/Experience in administrative and clerical support will be an advantage
4/Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English with fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage
5/Presentable with strong communication skill
6/Pleasant, friendly and customer oriented
7/Able to work independently as well as a good team player
