1/Collaborate with management to identify and develop talent sourcing strategies and technology for young talent acquisition and employer branding that align with the various talent programs of the Group;
2/Establish and cultivate positive relationships and networks with business units, local and international universities, professional organizations in order to engage prospective candidates;
3/Facilitate the implementation of this strategy by orchestrating career fairs, overseeing the meticulous planning and seamless execution of events, spearheading advertising and promotional campaigns, and strategically allocating resources as needed;
4/Partner closely with HR teams to ensure the success of talent programs by delivering exceptional end-to-end candidate experiences, fostering talent development and management, and driving initiatives to enhance talent retention;
5/Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that improve employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment;
1/Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
2/Minimum 8 years' experience in HR with solid experience in campus recruitment, employer branding and event management from sizable organization;
3/With the ability to present and influence at all levels of the company, with proven track record of developing and executing successful campus recruiting strategies;
4/Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
5/Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English;
6/With strong project management skills, and ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
