Manage and supervise sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation

Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP

Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship, T&C

Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments and client’s resident site staffs

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills

Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
