1.Serve as internal consultant in IT department.

2.Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs.

3.Provide advice and support to users for incident troubleshooting.

4.Review business processes to proceed related functional enhancements and setup standards and procedures.

5.Collaborate with external vendors and internal users to support project implementation and problem resolution.

6.Manage vendor to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete in good quality.

7.Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training and documentation.

8.Manage system tests and implement necessary measurements for quality control,handle system rollout and data migration process.

1.Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.

2.Experience and solid knowledge in either two of module (MM, SD, FI/CO).

3.At least 5 years' hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA(Less experience will also consider as Senior Associate Position).

4.Experience in retail industry is highly preferred.

5.Knowledge in B1,YonBIP or Kingdee is a plus.

6.Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.

7.Business know-how.
