1.Customer support and troubleshooting through phone, email, remote application, or onsite. Incident log reporting and closure
2.Provide on-site installation and maintenance service
3.Periodic visits to customers, gathering user requirements and documents for business processes
1.Degree holder, preferable in Information Technology, Information System
2.1-3 years working experience in ERP consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery and client servicing
3.Sound knowledge in IT operating models, enterprise architecture, K8S docker, Middleware(IBM WAS), Database, and/or SQL is preferred
4.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
5.Good communication skills, self-motivated and customer-oriented
