1.Customer support and troubleshooting through phone, email, remote application, or onsite. Incident log reporting and closure

2.Provide on-site installation and maintenance service

3.Periodic visits to customers, gathering user requirements and documents for business processes

4.Delivery of customer needs to leaders and sales team for promotion of sales for products and services

1.Degree holder, preferable in Information Technology, Information System

2.1-3 years working experience in ERP consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery and client servicing

3.Sound knowledge in IT operating models, enterprise architecture, K8S docker, Middleware（IBM WAS）, Database, and/or SQL is preferred

4.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)

5.Good communication skills, self-motivated and customer-oriented

6.Fresh graduate will also be considered
