
- Act as an internal ERP consultant to analyze user requirements and identify business needs.
- Review and enhance business processes; define functional improvements, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate project assignments, schedules, and monitor overall progress.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for project implementation and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality, accurate, and complete deliverables.
- Conduct system analysis, design, testing, training, and documentation.
- Oversee system testing and implement quality control measures.
- Manage system rollout and data migration processes.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience with business consulting, requirement analysis, and solution design.(Less experience will also consider as Senior Associate Position).
- Experience and solid knowledge in either two of ERP module (Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management).
- Experience in ERP system (e.g. SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, Kingdee, Yonyou, NetSuite) implementation is preferred.
- A team player with strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- Technical knowledge and experience on reporting/BI tools, SQL Database is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical mind, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
