-Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services

-Handle customer enquiries on company products and services in an efficient and accurate manner

-Input customer record accurately

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
-Secondary education or above
-At least 1 year relevant experience preferably in customer service
-Customer service oriented, willing to work under pressure, self-motived, pleasant personality
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
-Fresh Graduates are also welcome

When you work:
-5 days' work per week in shift pattern (including Sunday and Public Holiday)
-8.75 hours per day (including 1 hour for meal)
